We specialise in the design and build of your business premises, specialising in fitness, retail and offices/classrooms. We also specialise in the full setup of a business, including, but not limited to the administrative infrastructure, processes, purchasing and more. If you are starting up a new gym for example, you could literally walk in on day one with everything ready to go.
Regardless of the size of business, if you are starting up a new and exciting venture, expanding an existing business, or simply looking to refurbish and keep your customers engaged, we are your one-stop shop. We can even provide you with staff that our sister company, UKFI, fully trains, covering your gym, from only £6 per hour for each temporary work placement.
We even offer a unique opportunity for 'equity share', greatly reducing our costs and giving you that all important thing - TIME - in addition to flexibility, where potentially large costs can be reduced and even postponed. Especially when used in conjunction with our instalment plans.

ABOUT MIKE
If i was to sum up the last 20 years in business in a few words, it would be simple...a roller coaster ride!
Being in business, especially starting up a business with NOTHING in the bank taught me a lot. I quickly went from that person who had some hands on experience and skill in a few things, to having to master a LOT! There is no 'jack of all and master of none' in business, especially when starting up from scratch, with nothing. You MUST master everything. This was extremely stressful and challenging. The one thing I wish i could have afforded, or at least been given the opportunity to afford in those early days however was top tier, expert guidance. I used to look at mentors and coaches as a scam. In some ways, I STILL do! You have to be careful, you MUST work with someone who not only has proven success, but someone who has proven experience of digging themselves out of failure.
Skip forward 20 years and I have to be honest, I want to help others achieve their dreams. Whilst being compensated for it in a way that I can afford to continue to trade and put food on the table, my biggest reward comes from helping other business owners/entrepreneurs become successful and be able to AFFORD their dreams. Becoming a part of their business journey and perhaps even their business family! I GENUINELY want to help you avoid the same mistakes I made....and I made a lot! I also want to learn from YOU.
