The Financials
Making Our Services Affordable

Setting up or expanding a business is expensive when it’s done properly. We don’t pretend otherwise. To keep things simple and flexible, we offer three ways to fund our work together:

1. Using your existing budget
You may already have funds in place through savings, crowdfunding, family support, investment or similar.
We’ll sit down with you, review what you have, and make sure the budget is realistic rather than optimistic.
If there’s a shortfall, we can look at options 2 and/or 3.

2. Interest‑free instalments
Instead of taking on high‑interest finance or business loans with personal guarantees, we can agree a simple instalment plan.
-
No interest
-
Not a loan from a bank – it’s a direct agreement between us
-
Structured to be affordable and sustainable for your cashflow
If instalments still don’t close the gap, there’s a final option.

3. Equity share (by application only)
For selected projects with strong potential, part of our fee can be taken as an equity share in your business.
-
You always cover core costs (materials, labour and our time) in cash
-
A portion of our profit margin can be converted into shares
-
We can act as a silent partner, or a more involved partner if you want ongoing guidance and support
We’ll agree a clear valuation and percentage. Once your business is trading, you can either:
-
Buy back our shares at an agreed point, or
-
Continue the partnership and grow the business together.
This option is always subject to a full proposal and due diligence.
